Quick-Connect Inline Water Filter Overview

Quick-connect inline water filters use push-fit fittings that snap onto water lines without tools, soldering, or plumbing experience. Push the tube in and it locks; press the collet ring to release. This tool-free design makes quick-connect filters the standard for ice machines, commercial coffee equipment, refrigerators, drinking fountains, vending machines, and under-sink purification systems worldwide.

XZH manufactures quick-connect inline water filters in two connector formats: U-type (double O-ring, compatible with H-300 / 4FC head units) and I-type (single O-ring bayonet, compatible with H-104 / 4SI head units), including 10"/11" inline cartridges and 50/75/100 GPD RO membranes. All cartridges are produced in our Ningbo factory with NSF-certified materials.

The U series uses a double O-ring quick-connect mechanism, functionally equivalent to popular H-300 and 4FC interfaces. Designed for under-sink flow systems with no water shut-off needed for replacement. Three sizes: 11" (extended-life, hard water), 8" (compact), 6" (slim). Media options: PP melt-blown, GAC, CTO carbon block, UF hollow-fiber and PP+CTO combined.

What connection sizes are available for quick-connect inline water filters?
XZH quick-connect inline water filters are available in three standard push-fit sizes: 1/4" (6.35 mm) for residential systems and refrigerators, 3/8" (9.525 mm) for commercial ice machines and coffee equipment, and 1/2" (12.7 mm) for high-flow foodservice applications. All fittings use stainless steel collet rings with EPDM O-ring seals rated to 125 PSI working pressure.
Are your quick-connect filters compatible with Everpure and 3M systems?
Yes. Our U-type cartridges are dimensionally compatible with Everpure H-300 and 4FC head units. Our I-type cartridges fit H-104 and 4SI series heads. The bayonet interfaces are manufactured to the same tolerances as the originals. For 3M/Cuno systems using standard housings (not proprietary SQC heads), our open-platform inline cartridges are direct replacements at 30-50% lower cost.
What is the MOQ for OEM quick-connect inline water filters?
Minimum order is 500 pieces for standard configurations (existing media, standard white housing, your logo label). For custom media blends or custom housing colors, MOQ is 2,000 pieces. Sample orders of 10-50 pieces are available for product evaluation before committing to production quantities. Lead time is 7-15 working days for standard orders, FOB Ningbo.
How long do quick-connect inline water filters last?
Service life depends on water quality and usage volume. For residential use (average family of 4), carbon and sediment cartridges last 6-12 months. For commercial foodservice applications with higher throughput, replacement intervals are typically 3-6 months. UF membrane cartridges last 2-5 years. We recommend monitoring pressure drop across the cartridge as the most reliable indicator of replacement timing.

All XZH inline water filter cartridges are manufactured using NSF/ANSI 42 and 53 compatible materials, including FDA-grade housing plastics and NSF-listed coconut shell activated carbon. Our factory holds ISO 9001 certification and can provide third-party lab test reports for chlorine reduction, sediment removal, and material safety. We also support customers through the NSF, WQA, or WRAS certification process for their private-label products.
